OTHER COMMANDS AND OPTIONS

PREVIEW BUTTON

Using this command you can check your work:
a: Click the button "Preview" so your navigation browser is launched.

  1. The Flash slideshow is displayed.
  2. Verify the work.

THE “BUILD” BUTTON

Using this command, the A2 Flash template you created or modified
is saved, ready for use, in the A2 Flash Builder library.

Click the button "Build". In the dialogue window:
a: select and open an already present folder (eg Default).
b: name your new Flash template.
c: save it in the folder selected above.

Your A2 Flash template is now available in the A2 Flash Builder Sw.

Note: The “Build” button also saves the your new A2 Flash template project.

SELECT COMPONENT MENU

Using this drop-down menu you can select the various boxes of your Flash slideshow:
miniatures, photos, text fields, buttons.

This is very useful and when one box is hidden by another box.
Using this menu, the hidden box is brought to the foreground.

FILE MENU

Save as: Using this command, save only the A2 Flash template project (*.cfw file).
To save the project and the A2 Flash template ready to use in A2 Flash Builder, always use the command "Build".

Load: To load one existing A2 Flash template project (*.cfw file):

  1. in the dialogue window, select the folder "Template".
  2. in this folder select and open the folder of the favourite group (eg Horizontal).
  3. in this folder select the folder of the favourite A2 Flash template.
  4. in this folder select the file (composer.cfw file) to be customized or modified.

New from Template: to load one of the default projects.

INSERT .JPG REFERENCE BACKGROUND

This command allows the import of a .Jpg or .Png file which will be used as a background in A2 Flash Builder
for the precise placing of the various boxes (images, miniatures and texts) on the background image.
(See: Tutorial 2)

Note: The A2 Flash template created will not contain the background .Jpg image.
This must be added in the A2 Flash Builder Sw.
(Gallery options > Box "Add Background/Change Background colour").

GRID MENU

Using this drop-down menu you can hide or show the grid with three different mesh sizes.

BUTTONS HIDE/SHOW BOX

To make your design work easier, it is possible to hide the “Miniature Box” or the “Image Box”.

To hide the “Miniature Box”:

      1. Click button “Hide Miniature Box”.

To show the “Miniature Box”:

      1. Click button “Show “Miniature Box”.

To hide the “Image Box”:

      1. Click button “Hide Image Box”.

To show the “Image Box”:

      1. Click button “Show Image Box”.

Note: When the “Image” box is hidden, the “Button” box, “Subtitle” box and “Description” boxes are also hidden.
